APW can be acquired through the Apple Programmers and Developers Association
in Beta Test form. To join, you just pay your $20 membership fee. You don't
have to be a certified developer (although being certifiable might help!).
I don't have their address handy, but you can find it in a copy of Nibble or
InCider. Be forwarned that APW has quite a few bugs still left in it. APW
is available at $100.

I believe I asked this question before but received no reply. What is APW?
Apparently, I've missed out on something very important, as everyone's talking
about it.
