[comp.sys.apple] LISTSERVER software

kamath@reed.UUCP (Sean Kamath) (08/08/87)

Is the listserver software smart enough to get to us on UUCP? Can we
specify an address in the subject line or somesuch? If so, great. If
not, it isn't going to be much use for those of us in UUCP-land.

PS. I'm working on EXEUTIONER 3.3, which will be a fairly identical
interface as EXECUTIONER is now. It will read the catalog and
everything. I will put in a volumn command if anyone wants it. This
would be handy for HardDisks with DOS 3.3 on it, and multiple volumns.
Also, I will try to make it now use "nasty" characters. Please send me
any characters that you know mailers mung. I will then figure a way to
avoid these characters.

to SEWALL: It's coming. I have to do a brake job on my rabbit today,
or else it might have come out sooner! ;-)

I was told that it will be able to decode your address from your FROM:
line. If not, I can always add you manually to the list.
