I currently own an Apple //e with a CMS 60-megabyte SCSI drive. I'm planning
to purchase a Mac II soon and wish to know a couple of things:
1) Could I share the 60 meg drive between my Apple //e and Mac II (ie, both
computers connected and being able to access data from the same drive).
A friend told me that the structure of ProDos is very similar to the Mac's
disk format; he said that I could probably store Mac programs directly on my
ProDos formatted hard disk and use a Mac program to read and convert these
files.
2) Is there a program that will do the above? (I'm not just talking ASCII
conversions either)
To insure my reception of any replies, please respond via e-mail. Thanks!
