I believe what you'd like to look into are the C compilers put out
by Manx Software (look in any Byte, Comp. Languages, or Dr. Dobbs) for the ][+
line. They feature various levels of packaging ranging from the "Apprentice"
system which is $(US)49.95 all the way to a full-blown commercial system which
is $495 (I believe). The software is excellent, and Manx includes many UNIX
style library functions to help smooth the translation from existing software.
