Back in 1980 my wife gave me the "THUNDERCLOCK PLUS SCHEDULER" for a
Christmas present, and it was (is) wonderful. I don't know if they
still produce the beast, but they should and probably do.

My manual says it requires:
	- Apple II+ (I have the oldest version)
	- DOS 3.3 (I think I've seen ads for PRODOS)
	- THUNDERCLOCK PLUS peripheral card
	- THUNDERWARE's X-10 ultrasonic interface (comes with the package)
	- BSR-X/10 ultrasonic command console

A nice thing about the package is that it's interrupt driven, which is
probably what you want. I don't recall how much she paid for it, but I
don't recall thinking it was very much. By the way, the Thunderclock is
what Apple suggests you use with their PRODOS anyway.
