Hi, everyone.
Do any of you know of a program for the apple ][ series that
interprets Mac images into something editable/printable/storable/viewable?
I'm mainly concerned with regular hi-res (not double-hires).

    Thanks for any information.

The GS has a Mac to GS picture transfer but it doesn't work very well.
The pictures ennd up with no width and the picture is really skinny.
My friend again with the GS got a picture of
 Christie Brinkley and she
dind't turn out the person she supposed to look like!

on the GS, there is a program called SHR convert. Unfortuantely, if you're not
using a GS, it's not of much value, since it only converts to Super Hi-res. It
does however, convert a wide variety, ranging from apple hi-res to Atari ST
pictures. With Mac pics, the only problem is that it will only go as long as
the GS screen is, 200 pixels, which for some Mac pics after compression, is not
long enough. You can get around it though, by splitting the mac pics into more
than one file, then loading the converted pictures into 816/Paint (need a 640
mode program that scrolls.) and use cut and paste.

This program sounds very interesting. Could you give a better explanation of
what it does and where it can be obtained? I would really like to have a
program that could convert from Double Hi-Res to Medium Super-Hi-Res (320x200)

I would appreciate any info. Thanx.
