I've NEVER had trouble with mail order places! I guess if you go with reputable companies you you'll be ok. I mean I wouldn't order something from Johnnie's Cut-Rate Apple of North Zulch, Tx., but I have no problem in ordering from Jameco or Crutchfield or Computer Mail Order (East/West). I DO prefer buying locally, however. You have a good point there. The dealer has to keep you happy. I hate sending something back for a good one. I'd much rather drive it in! As for CMS drives, I know of a few people who have them and had to send them back. They made the immense mistake of ordering directly from CMS. It takes WEEKS to get any results from them! Go to a dealer!! mark
