It accelerates all memory that you have. In two of my ][e, that's an A.E. RamWorks card with 3 megabytes (1meg plus 2meg piggyback). With a lot of memory, and high speed, working entirely in RAM is a pleasure. Glad you liked Cornell. I have a son in Ann Arbor.
