I called The Byte Works this afternoon and learned that they are offering the ORCA/Desktop along with the latest version (1.2) of ORCA/Pascal to current owners of ORCA/Pascal for $25.00. The latest APDA catalog lists the Desktop for $32.95, for comparison. They said that they are currently preparing a mailing with this offer and will send it to all registered owners of ORCA/Pascal. On the down side, the Desktop isn't ready quite yet, although they do expect that it will be ready to ship in 10 days to two weeks. They will accept orders now, of course.
