[Target engine only. Understood?] If I read one more article about the "klingons are different this time" syndrome, I'm going scream (really loud). As has been pointed out before, the Klingons have every right to look different in the movies. As a counter example, shall we look at the crew of the Enterprise in this most recent movie? We have: 1) Captian Kirk + Dr. McCoy. Both "normal" humans. 2) A man with slightly slanted eyes, slightly darker skin, and a funny accent (SULU!!). 3) We have two men who look almost exactly like Cpt. Kirk but both speak with "funny" accents (Scott + Checkov). At the transporter, we see Uhura, and lo and behold, she's BLACK. If we can have so MANY different types of HUMANS, all from ONE PLANET, why can't Paramount have MANY different types of Klingons in their movies???? Note: none of the preceding paragraph should in any way shape or form be construed as a racial slur on anyone, it was only an example. I could just as easily have chosen any crewman as the norm.....
