My wife's school runs a computer lab with a dozen ][e's, two or three ][GS's, two Mac Pluses, assorted Imagewriters, etc. They are planning to add more machines, printers, and probably a LaserWriter for next school year. The problem is this: they have had no joy of any of the local authorized dealers in terms of service for these machines. They are interested in finding out if there is some means by which one or more of the staff could be trained and certified to perform service on the machines without voiding the warranties, and be able to order parts, etc. for them, and so bypass the whole problem. Apple, are you listening? Any chance of doing something like this? Thanks.
