There is a book called "The Beauty of Fractals" by H.O. Peitgen and P.H. Richter and is published by Springer-Verlag. If you don't know anything about fractals or even if you're an advanced fractal researcher, this book is for you. It contains various types, explains them (math theory included) and even gives you little algorithms at the end of the book. Oh yes, the color images are breath-taking. If you don't buy it, at least look at it. You'll be glad you did. David Ridenhour
