medin@cod.NOSC.MIL (Ted Medin) (02/27/88)

Sorry to have to do this but i cant find the people
who responded to our reqest for comments and problems.
We would like beta testers for kermtit 3.82 which has
the following new features.

1. Prodos text files are now handled as 8 bit characters
2. The start of packet character is now setable

So if you fit the above and can ftp to shark.nosc.mil
or handle the ez install via email please let us know.

Thanks in advance.

My node doesn't recognize shark.nosc.mil, but if I could get its Internet
address, I think that I COULD access shark. Could you please post this?
{BTW I would like to help beta test 3.82}
Also, if anybody has the Internet address for perdue (j.cc.perdue.edu ?),
please post this, or any other anonymous ftp hosts. It would be nice to
have some sort of list, for the only ones that I know about I have found
by accident or side-notes.

  Thanks,
  Remo

I would like to test out kermit 3.82.
I've used earlier versions of kermit and can handle the 'ez install via
email'.
