There is a difference between "storing" and "squeezing" files. Storing is adding to a regular BQY file (like you said: xxxx.BQY), but the new addition to Binary II (versions 2.xx - 2.28) have the AUS/AUSQ routines added. Once you have extracted the files from the Binary II file, you can use AUSQ to un-squeeze them (squeezed files have a .QQ extension on the file name). To my knowledge, AUS, and AUSQ both work on all of the II series, but I'm not sure. I'll check, and post the results.
