Wrongo! The product you refer to is called PC-Ditto. It is a completely 
software product. It is not Atari DOS, it is good ol' PC-DOS (not all 
MS-DOS versions will work but the one for the IBM PC certainly does). This
disks are indeed compatible with IBMs, since they have very similar formats
to begin with but thats another story. As for CP/M, it is by digital research,
the same people who make the Atari DOS, which made it for everyone else in
the world. 
I use the product, and can say I have had very, very good success with it.
It is very workable for most applications, but on some communications stuff
or games that are very screen intensive, it really seems slow.
Oh, there is also a MacIntosh emulator for the ST too.
