[comp.sys.apple] Apple II+ ==> Mac file transfer

Fellow (or former) Apple II+ users: we would like to move all of our
Applesoft Basic (and worse...) Microsoft CP/M Wordstar files from an
Apple II+ to a Mac. We would greatly appreciate advice if anyone has
been through this before.
