The Executioner is a program (SYS file) that will change any file (yes, ANY
(ProDOS only, though)) to a text file.  The text file will usually contain a
short machine language program at the beginning, then the file in binary
format after.  After you download a program made with the Executioner, you ust
EXEC it, and presto -- you now have the file.

The Executioner was made by Morgan Davis (of ProLine/ModemWorks) fame, so
