I'm by no means a 'movie' expert, so this may be an incredibly simple trivia question for all I know: About a week ago I saw American Grafitti on TV and was somewhat amused at one of the credits as they scrolled by at the movie's end. To refresh your memories, a principle subplot of the movie involves Kurt's (Richard Dryfus) attempt to locate the "gorgeous blonde in the white T-bird". We only catch a glimpse of her once while she is out "cruising" and mouths the words "I love you" to Kurt as he is being driven around in the back of a VW beetle. Question: Who is the girl in the white T-bird? Bruce Kinmonth ...decvax!decwrl!rhea!null!kinmonth

I have heard the blonde in the white T-bird is Suzanne Sommers, of Three's Company fame. I don't think it's in the credits, but I'm sure someone told me who it was. Don't know if they were right, though. Sharon Badian

Maybe this is too late, but anyway: the blonde was Suzanne Sommers. Sophie Quigley ...!{clyde,ihnp4,decvax}!watmath!saquigley
