Is it really a scam? Which is to say, have they cashed your check? If
they've cashed your check and not delivered after a month then you can go
after them in court. If they haven't cashed your check you can just cancel it
and they probably haven't done anything illegal - just stupid.

I haven't actually seen one but: a fellow on Genie states that he has had one for over over a week and that it works as advertised. He was an 'early order'. Several others have men- tioned that the major magazines (A+, InCider, etc.) are supposed to have re- ceived chips for review. There is apparently still a shortage and not all of the early orders had been shipped as of Monday. Please note that this is all second hand. I have no reason to doubt this info, but I have no absolute proof that its tru, either.
