I cannot get this program to work. I have even downloaded it twice just to be sure. The concatenated files (ending up as 'shrconvert.bqy' I think) do NOT unpack correctly. A checksum error is given. When I try to run this program from EITHER the Launcher on System Disk 1.1 or the Finder on System Disk 3.1, I get a fatal error $110A. Looking at the help file (which isn't supposed to be "humanly readable"!), it says there should be something called SHRCONV.FINDER that is booted when running this program from the Finder, but that program was not included. That is my guess as what the problem is, but, as I previously stated, it doesn't work from the Launcher either which doesn't require any special booting program. Also, where are the icons put and are they renamed to something else? Thanks for the help. -tuu
