For those interested: I have been working on Z-Link and have it in a postable state. It now does keyboard macros, and can save/view the capture buffer (you can actually view any text file you please, but it defaults to the capture buffer). I plan to do more serious work now that summer is here. Planned additions are Kermit xfer and Binary II xfer as well as ASCII uploading (no, I haven't done that yet). Would people be interested in having the current version or do you all want to wait until I finish Kermit and Binary II? I want to thank Dave Lyons for donating his macro editor and suggestions for improvement. They have been most helpful. BTW- I was at applefest, and the folks from genie were there. I asked about Z-Link (which somebody sent up to genie in early April) and I saw the info. 99 people (by that time) had downloaded it. None of them have sent me money. I do hope that netters here are more honest. If you don't send money, at least send a note explaining why (some people have already done that, but I'm sure there are more of you out there). Could whoever originally posted Z-Link to Genie please forward this note there? thank you.
