Help! Hooking up Epson/Practical Peripherals Parallel Printer Cards!

I need pinout info on parallel printer cards to wire up a cable to my
Olivetti Praxis 30. I came across two parallel printer cards that I
have no idea as to how they are pinned out. They are supposed to
utilize the same cable and are (1) Epson standard, and (2) the
Practical Peripherals Micro-buffer printer card. Both cards have the
same pinout configuration, and by tracing out the foil runs, I was
able to ascertain that the following pins were probably correct:

The below are the pinouts on my Olivetti Praxis 30 interface jack. I
assume that the standard pinouts applied, but I want to make sure
before I wire it pin for pin and blow up my IIgs.

19| o o |20 19 - +5 volt out 20 - Busy(Inverted)

So the bottom line then, is does anyone out there in AppleLand wanna
part with the pinout wiring configuration for there two cards?
Also, the Practical Peripherals has a six position dip switch that I
have no ideas as to just what these babies do. Any help on that item
would also be appreciated.
