Does Kermit exist for Prodos? I have searched local suystems with no luck. I need a communications program that will support Kermit or Xmodem protocols under Prodos 1.0 on an old ][+. Anyone able to point me to a PD/Shareware program and its location? I can't FTP from here, so it has to be accessable through Email or Bell... The comment about comp.binaries.apple2 being archived on a site avail by anon ftp was way off the mark. The comment being flamed was responding to an original post (mine) that clearly stated I have NO ftp capability. PLUS, fella, Kermit has *not* been posted to c.b.a2! Perhaps the comment re moderation two articles ago was warranted... -- Charles Lord ..!decvax!mcnc!ecsvax!cjl Usenet Cary, NC cjl@ecsvax.uncecs.edu Bitnet #include <std.disclamers> #include <cutsey.quote>

Maybe /you/ didn't receive it due to any combination of errors, but don't say it wasn't posted. If you want me to send you a copy I will. I believe I still have it some directory somewhere... BTW, someone mentioned there is a new version called Kermit 3.84. Has this one been posted anywhere, and does it have any significant upgrades over 3.83?
