the only differences i notice between 3.83 and 3.84 is the setup of the screen
when you do file transfers. I can't remember exactly what's different, only
that it's better, and it now displays bytes transferred instead of packets.
oh, yeah, instead of the 'waiting...packet #' it has 'bytes sent' and
'bytes received'.
