Bill -- The USART on the Super Serial Card has a definate problem - it totally ignores all data in until CTS is forced true. Now, unfortunately, CTS is crosswired to CD (Clear to Send, Carrier Detect.) Therefore, to get your card to work, you will have to set the modem up to force CD true, then set the modem to not auto answer, then do an ATA when you get a RING back from the modem. Simple, but totally aggravating! ....Ralphie
