All this talk of problems with joystick use on the Apple IIGS reminds me of something I read when the GS first came out. I thought I read that along with keyboards and mice that joysticks could be put on the desktop bus. What ever happened to this? I know that the couldn't be your standard 9-pin joysticks, but there are enough GS users out there who would buy them. Also since the bus will handle 16? devices, you could finally have a true two joystick system, or maybe even more. The possibilities would be endless. I've played the GS version of Gauntlet, what a waste. You can only have two people on keyboard or one on keyboard and one on joystick. With destop bus joysticks you could have four players, all on joysticks. So why hasn't anybody done it?
