Below is a BASIC EXEC file that will patch Talk is Cheap versions 2.03 and 2.04 into version 2.05. This patch does no version checking and will destroy any file you use it on that is not TIC version 2.03 or 2.04. It fixes two bugs in TIC 2.03 or one bug in TIC 2.04. These bugs don't come up often but deserve fixing.
