Stopped by my dealer to pick up a PC transporter and asked about system disk 3.2. They said something like -- gee, you're the fifth person to ask about that today. It has not yet been released to dealers (only to developers) and it may not be since it may have bugs. But 3.1 was also mentioned in the conversation, so I'm not sure which one the last comment applied to.
