This is a, hopefully simple question from a novice apple user... Is there any way to get the contents of a menu into an apple editor like MacWrite? I have created an interface and I need to produce a document that describes how to use the menus I made. Thanks.

Thanks. One possibility (depending on the language and method of producing the menu) might be to slightly revise the program for one run to simply write the menu to a disk file rather than the screen. For example, if the program is in Applesoft, you might put the statements Print D$"Open menu.file" Print D$"Write menu.file" before the menu and Print D$"Close menu.file" after the menu. You can then open the text file you created with most word processors. Alan H.
