Those "Living technotes" keith Rollin kept talking about are available through APDA and show good examples of how to get things done with the List manager, SANE, and other examples that were sorely needed. They also did a good job commenting them :) Oh, and even though many people believe that Apple's top management has it in for the Apple II series, after meeting the guys from Apple DTS at AppleFest I can confidently tell you that the guys on the front lines are doing the best job they possibly can.
