The only thing that you have to do is to Control-Q, I, C (Catalog) and set the new disk to be cataloged to your AppleWriter file disk. ASCII Express Pro will allow you to access the VAX as if you are on a dumb terminal (not a VT100). The VAX will see you as j another CRT (not VT100 or anything else compatible) if you use the RS232 port to the printer as your interface to the VAX. You will also need a null modem cable to hook up to the VAX serial interface (so that Transmit goes to Receive, and vice versa). By the way, if you're not familiar with ASCII Express Pro, call me and I'll be happy to help you along through the steps. I use my Apple with AEPro to talk to my VAXes here at JPL all the time. P.S.
