Last I heard, Wozniak had started his own company called CL-9 (for "Cloud
Nine) and was working on remote-control devices of some sort.  Also, if
memory serves, he's still listed on the payroll as Apple but just as a
regular employee (and the computer recently churned out his name as a
recipient of Apple's 10-year pin...).

 I believe that The Woz is actually one of the Apple Fellows (like
Alan Kay).  That apparently gives him the freedom to do basically
whatever he wants to.
