Hi, I recently upgraded the ROM in my GS. I have been told that with the new ROM, when you boot the machine, you should get a message saying "ROM version 01" or something simular. I don't get this message, and I am unable to run Defender of the Crown, which I have been told I also need the new ROMs for. Apple UK is not pushing the GS at all, and my dealer does not really know much about the GS, and was unable to help. The parts number of the ROM I now have is: 34450056-1. Is this the most recent ROM upgrade (most importantly will I be able to run GS/OS on this?) That is NOT the latest ROM...if it doesn't tell you the ROM version in the bottom of the screen when you boot your GS up, then you have the older one and will need the new one to run GS/OS...and other things, as I understand it. -8b@cup.portal.com
