In the January Call-A.P.P.L.E. magazine is an ad for something called the Bar
Code Apple Wedge, it is available from Data Recall in Campbell CA.  You can
reach them at 1-800-621-0854 Ext. 470.  No price was listed in the ad.

The Above ad is also on page 143 of the January '89 issue of A+.  I also 
remember spotting an ad in the January '89 issue of InCider about a ADB 
barcode reader.  I don't have the January '89 issue of InCider with me so
I can't give you details.
