I went yesterday to a matinee to see Bachelor Party. Thank God I only spent 2 dollars to see it. It wasn't worth 10 cents. To put it mildly, it was DUMB, DUMB, DUMB, and STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. There was no character development to speak of. There was maybe 2 or 3 good funny lines the whole movie. Basically the movie is about a guy (Tom H. the lead in SPLASH) who decides to get married, and of course his friends decide to throw a Bachelor Party for him. The story is about the few days leading up to the Party and the Party itself. The biggest laugh I got was laughing at the producers for making such a DUMB film. Wait until it comes to HBO. <<||>> Well, I just thought I'd offer a dissenting opinion. I thought the movie Bachelor Party was very funny and so did the rest of the audience. I'd say (of the current crop of flicks) that it runs a close second to Ghost Busters. {ihnp4! or pegasus!} hogpd!keduh

I would say in comparison, Bachelor Party IS BAD. It rates no where near Police Academy or Ghostbusters. I felt a litttle ripped off after paying 3.50 for it.

I liked Bachelor Party. Of course I saw it after Top Secret which had to be one of the dumbest movies I've seen this summer. I'll agree that it doesn't come close to Ghostbusters but it certainly has its funny moments. -- ...ihnp4!tellab1!steve Steve Harpster Tellabs, Inc.
