As a follow-up to my Apple IIgs clock battery replacement: It's been working fine for a day now. I measured the voltage and current of the battery under its load. Get this: The current from the battery is 4 uA (microamps) at 3 volts. That's 1.2 mW. Pretty low if you ask me (but nobody did).
