Once I got the file names right (it helps not to mix part one up with part two) I've never had any problem with EZ install. And I do start by using my current ProDos kermit, capturing it on a 3.5 and then used CopyII+ (I think) to move it over to a 5.25 DOS 3.3 disk. All on a GS.

TMPLee@DOCKMASTER.ARRA commented that he had no trouble with the EZ Install even though he downloaded Kermit under prodos. The key was that he used Copy II+ to move it to DOS 3.3. CONVERT quite commonly messes up on text files as big as those in Kermit. What's more, the VIEW option under Copy II+ actually lets you read the EZ Install directions ! (they are at the beginning of KER384.1).
