Has anyone had any success in sending E-mail to Claris tech support via Internet? The address that I have tried is: CLARIS.TECH@applelink.apple.com A pre-recorded phone message at Claris encourages their customers to use E-mail to alleviate the load on their telephone support lines. After contacting Claris, I learned that their support policy is to only accept E-mail via Applelink and Compuserve. I feel that we, as Claris customers, should not be coerced into subscribing to these services just to receive proper technical support. Can we bring some pressure to bear on Claris to support Internet E-mail? The alternative of sending diskettes through the mail is both time consuming and expensive, especially if you live in the frozen north (i.e. Canada). I would appreciate any suggestions or comments. Also, if you have had a similar experience and agree with my comments, please express your concerns directly to Claris: Claris Customer Relations: (415) 962-8946 Claris Technical Support: (415) 962-0371 or Claris 440 Clyde Avenue Mountain View, California 94043 ATTN: Customer Relations
