Well, after many an hour at the file tables, the !index file at
35.1.1.43 is up to date. I've added some 50 files, removed some others,
changed a handful of names to make more sense. Also, the Apple Tech
Notes are now available as TN.XXXX.YYY where XXXX is the subject
(like PDOS or MISC) and YYY is the number of the Tech Note. File Type
notes will be available as FT.XX.YYYY where XX is the Filetype and YYYY
is the Auxilliary type. Many thanks to Mark Johnson at Apple for supplying
the Notes.
