Simple Murph, they didn't have to establish the user base, just produce a
product that satisfies the minimum needs of the consumer, but offers
growth ability.  They don't need to produce their own software, they don't
need to support local dealerships, they just need to listen
to the suggestions for improvement and they've got a user market
Apple won't lower its prices to sell to.
