"Merged in name only" means InCider will become twice as thick and A+ will disappear (or what)? ----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Feel free to forward to info-apple: Ziff Davis has just announced (according to sources on Applelink) that A+ has been sold to the InCider folks. The magazines will be merged in name only - no staff will be transferred. This is effected after the May issue. On a personal note, this concludes the publication of the last good glossy mag for generate Apple II topics. Surely this too indicates that the Apple II line is dying, at least from the publishing point of view. Local non-apple specific book dealers no longer carry Apple II related books; they have been replaced with Amiga and Atari books and magazines.
