CEO summary: Im curious if anyone on the net can tell me how to create and/or modify existing HD partitions on a SCSI drive. There are obviously lots of things to take into consideration (ie the mfgr, volume limits, etc) but I know of people who have 150M HDs on their GS under GS/OS and claim to be able to use all 150M. Granted they are not using 1-2 volumes, but they do have only 1 SCSI controller for the drive. Im curious how they were able to create the various partitions they do have? Id be interested in doing it myself but dont want to spend $$$ only to find I cant do it. Any tips/info/help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Bruce (KAHN@ADAM.DG.COM)

Creating partitions is easy - the disk that comes with the Apple SCSI card includes a program that does exactly this. Most other disk management programs also do it. I'm not sure if there are any programs that will let you modify existing partitions. --- Subash Shankar Honeywell Systems & Research Center voice: (612) 782 7558 US Snail: 3660 Technology Dr., Minneapolis, MN 55418 shankar@src.honeywell.com srcsip!shankar
