[not ME!!] One day, a long time ago, while watching Jaime Sommers (The Bionic Woman), my brother Rob heard her say what her Ojai phone number was. For some reason, he thought this was sufficiently amusing, so he wrote it down in OUR phone book. Anyway, the phone number he has written down for Jaime Sommers, 555-2368, is the exact same number as the number for the Ghostbusters' Hotline! What a small world it is we live in!!

I believe there are certain phone numbers set aside for use in movies and TV that will never be given out to real people (they're all 555 numbers, I think.) So the fact that the Ghostbusters' Hotline had the same number as the Bionic Woman isn't terribly surprising. -paul asente
