Well, no, not really, but it DID get your attention. ;-)
This is a repeat posting of the survey questions I posted about a week
ago. I've received about 20 responses so far, which is a little bit
disappointing. I have not heard from any Apple employees (as far as I
know).
1. For those of you who scream "Apple II Forever!": Why?
2. For those of you who would never choose a Mac over an
Apple II: Why not? Do you know what's available
for the Mac?
3. For those who hate the desktop interface: Why? Note
that this is addressed to THREE types of people:
those who hate the interface as implemented on
the IIgs, those who hate the Mac implementation,
and those who hate the idea itself.
4. If the Apple II disappeared and you HAD to buy a new
computer, what would you get. How does the reason
for buying it affect your choice?

Don't worry if you don't really fit into any of the mentioned categories.
I'd really like to hear from everyone on comp.sys.apple.
I'll probably be posting results this Friday (April 1), but it may be as
late as next Tuesday (April 4). The results so far have been really
interesting.
When the results appear, I would appreciate someone else's passing them
on to AppleLink, GEnie, and so on, since I don't have access to those
services. If anyone feels like posting these QUESTIONS elsewhere, feel
free, but please make sure that all the answers eventually get to me.
