[net.movies] 'Ads at movies' free-enterprise flame

Wow, now I know what "knee-jerk conservative" means. Please note that
no one said anything aobut passing laws (as in "some liberal..will pass",
a gratuitous and insulting non sequitur). Why do you assume that when someone
says something negative about a commercial enterprise they're talking about
laws? It says uncomplimentary things about your belief in free enterprise,
unless you mean free enterprise for the merchant only. What makes you think that
the only option one has as a free-marketer is to not go to the movies? How is
the theater owner supposed to know how to mend his/her ways if that's all I do?
What about my right to protest such blatant greed (free speech, remember that?)?
Why are you opposed to demanding your money back when commercials appear? I
gather you must be, since vocal protest and refund-demanding are the only two
proposals I've seen made here?
Next thing you know, some conservative will put policemen in the theaters
to keep people quiet during the commercials (there, how do you like it?).
