It has come to my attention that my Fidonet Usenet link has been less than reliable recently. The sysop recently told me that some people had tried to send me mail but the mail got eaten. If someone sent me mail recently and I didn't reply, please send it again... only THIS time, send it HERE, to pro-beagle, which has been MUCH more reliable recently. Our system had a little problem over the weekend (April Fools; what did
I expect?) and lost all mail delivered between midnight and noon Sunday.
If you happened to send me (or anyone else at the University of Connecticut)
mail that might have arrived in that interval (if you're expecting a
reply and haven't received one), please try again.
Fortunately, this sort of event is rare here (I'm probably asking for
trouble saying so ;-).
