I saw the live-orchestra version of Napoleon when it came out a couple years ago, at the Shrine Auditorium I think it was. One of the interesting techniques was the brief use of three side-by-side parallel projectors and screens for an ultra-wide-screen effect for a horseback chase scene (reported also to be the first-ever film scene shot with moving cameras). Does anybody know how the regular, single-wide movie theater version of the film handles the triple-wide scene?
