I just got a great book from a friend that works at microsoft. Its "Microsoft cd-rom yearbook 1989-1990" by Microsoft Press. 935 pgs. Section 1 : Cd-Rom Yeasterday, Today, and Tommorrow Section 2 : The Optical Media Family Section 3 : Who's Doing What in CD-ROM? Section 4 : The Making of a CD-ROM Section 5 : CD-ROM and the Law Section 6 : The CD-ROM Business Section 7 : Directory Listings cd-rom titles, disc drives, retrieval systems, data preparation houses, mastering/replication facilities, cd-rom resources, cd-rom and related conferences. All in all the book is fantastic if you want to know more about the cd-rom industry. I also heard that "Interactive Multimedia" is a good book put out by microsoft press. scott hutinger #define nothing
