>And heres another comment about ShrinkIt v2.01 delete command. And here's (hopefully) another answer... >I haven't been able to get ShrinkIt v2.01 to delete a single blank directory. >If only one directory is highlighted or checkmarked, it enters the directory, >rather than deleted (thats correct for highlighted operation, but how about >checkmarked?). If two or more directories are checkmarked and the high- >light bar is left on a a directory (checkmarked or not), that highlighted >directory is entered. I have to checkmark the directories of interest, and >place the highlight bar on a non-directory file. If there isn't one, I SOL. Whenever you want to do something to a directory, you _must_ place a checkmark beside it using the <spacebar>. If you press <return> while a directory is highlighted, that directory will be OPENED, as per the button on the right-hand side of the file dialog. If you only have 1 file to delete, and that file happens to be a subdirectory, then press OPEN-APPLE-G after checking off the file... >Matthew Lee Stier andy ---- Andy Nicholas CsNET: shrinkit@moravian.edu Box 435, Moravian College InterNET: shrinkit%moravian.edu@relay.cs.net Bethlehem, PA 18018 uucp: rutgers!lafcol!lehi3b15!mc70!shrinkit ---- ALink PE: shrinkit
