[comp.sys.apple] Can someone provide info on AC Basic for GS?

I just heard the other day about and Apple IIGS basic compiler called
AC BASIC.  Can anyone give me some info about it.   Does it support
toolbox calls?  What is the programming environment like?  Who
publishes it?  What does it cost?  Does it work under GS/OS?
